Refund policy
Clarifying how refunds and cancellations are handled for bookings made through Neon Vector Arena and where third-party billing must be handled externally.
One sentence, twice
We handle refunds or reschedules for eligible bookings made directly through our published contact channels. Charges made on other platforms must be handled with the original payment provider.
If a future merchandise offer appears, it will ship with its own checkout terms. Until then, treat this page as the policy for venue session bookings described on this website.

This Refund Policy explains how Neon Vector Arena processes cancellations and refunds for session bookings arranged through this venue website. We operate an indoor laser tag venue in Serrekunda.
If you arrived here from an advertisement, note: browsing this website is free. Any paid booking will be confirmed with terms shared at the time of reservation.
1. Bookings eligible for refund or reschedule
Refund review applies only to bookings completed through our published channels and tied to a valid confirmation reference. Eligibility depends on notice timing, session status, and the reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used when payment was collected by us.
2. Third-party payments and external billing
If you paid through another merchant, app marketplace, or external agent, refund eligibility is controlled by that provider’s policy. Please contact the original payment handler directly.
Chargebacks filed against the wrong merchant (for example, against our hosting provider) can cause collateral suspension of services; please direct disputes to the entity that actually charged you.
3. Third-party creators, coaches, and marketplaces
We may reference third-party services for informational context. Those services set their own refund rules. If you paid a third-party provider, review their terms before opening a dispute.
We do not mediate disputes for unauthorized resellers or unverified marketplaces.
4. Future paid experiments (donations, merch, premium PDFs)
If we introduce optional merchandise or downloadable party guides, each offer page will disclose price, currency, taxes where collected, delivery method, cooling-off rights where legally required, and a support inbox. Until those pages exist, assume no paid add-ons are sold through this website alone.
5. Website accuracy vs. monetary remedies
Package and schedule information may evolve as staffing and floor layouts change. Informational differences do not create an automatic monetary claim unless a legal consumer right applies under local law.
Compare details with your confirmation email and contact us before travel if anything looks unclear.
6. Advertising refunds
If you are an advertiser and believe you were billed incorrectly by an ad network that served creatives on inventory that includes our domain, use the network’s billing dispute tools. We do not operate the ad server ledger.
7. Chargebacks and fraud prevention
Fraudulent payment disputes harm small venues. If you have a genuine problem, contact our booking desk first. We cooperate with reasonable investigations when legally required.
8. Regional consumer rights
Some jurisdictions grant statutory withdrawal rights for distance sales. Those laws apply to merchants who sell to you. They do not create a refund relationship with an informational website that charged you nothing.
9. How to contact us
