Privacy policy
How Neon Vector Arena handles browsing signals, guest messages, and the limits of our venue website infrastructure.
Before you skim the clauses
We collect as little as practical for a venue information website: enough to keep pages online, understand which visit-planning pages resonate, and—if you write us—reply without confusing threads.
Third-party fonts and icons still see technical metadata; the sections below spell out what that means and where to look for cookie-level detail in our separate cookie statement.
If advertising tags are present, vendors may process technical identifiers under their own contracts with you and with us; we describe that relationship at a high level and point you to opt-out tools where relevant.

This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Vector Arena (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you browse venue pages, read visitor guidance, or use contact options on our laser tag website.
We design the site to minimize personal data collection. Nonetheless, some technical data is unavoidable on the modern web (for example, IP addresses seen by hosting providers or CDNs). We describe categories below in plain language so families, event planners, and advertising partners can understand our posture.
Links to Third-Party Platforms
Our website may provide links to map services, payment providers, or external platforms. We are not responsible for content changes on third-party websites after links are published.
1. Who we are and why we process data
We process limited information to keep pages online, understand which planning pages visitors use most, and reply to guest requests. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
If we introduce optional accounts, newsletters, or comment systems, we will publish an addendum describing new fields, retention, and legal bases before switching those features on.
2. Data we collect automatically
Like most websites, our hosting environment may create server logs that can include your IP address, request time, requested URL, HTTP status, bytes transferred, and user-agent string. Logs help diagnose outages, block abusive traffic, and measure aggregate popularity of pages (for example, whether a packages page spikes before school holidays).
We may enable privacy-conscious analytics that aggregate events such as page views, approximate geography (region or city level), device category, screen size buckets, and referral domains. We use such metrics to prioritize content updates—for instance, noticing that visitors leave a long page halfway might prompt us to add a summary block or split the section.
We do not use automatic data collection to infer sensitive categories such as health conditions, political opinions, or precise real-time location for sale.
3. Information you voluntarily provide
If you email [email protected], you choose to send us your address, any name you type, the subject line, and the message body. We use that content to respond, prevent spam, and maintain support history when needed.
The on-site contact form may run as a front-end experience depending on deployment settings. If a live backend is enabled, this policy governs storage and handling practices.
Never send payment card numbers, government ID images, or account passwords through contact channels. We will not request them.
4. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
We may use essential cookies for security, load balancing, or remembering lightweight UI preferences. Optional analytics or marketing cookies may exist depending on configuration. Please read our Cookie Policy for categories, typical lifetimes, and instructions for browser-based controls.
If we embed external video players or social widgets, those providers may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Their privacy notices govern that processing.
5. Advertising identifiers and partner SDKs
If we display third-party advertisements, ad networks may process technical identifiers to measure delivery and frequency. You can use browser or device opt-out controls where available.
We prohibit creatives on our inventory that promote fraudulent services (account theft, malware, unlicensed resale schemes). If you encounter a policy-violating ad, report it through the network’s “Ad choices” or similar tool in addition to notifying us.
6. Third-party fonts, icons, and libraries
We load fonts and icon packs from established CDNs. Those requests may expose your IP address and user agent to the vendor under their privacy policy. If you block third-party resources, some typography or icons may fall back to system defaults—functionality should remain usable.
7. Children’s privacy
This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children for behavioral advertising. Guardians who believe a minor submitted identifiable data should email us with “Children’s Privacy” in the subject line.
Parents remain responsible for supervising minors during venue visits and for any third-party payments made outside our published booking channels.
8. Data retention and deletion
Server log retention depends on our hosting plan and security needs. Inboxes retain messages only as long as needed to respond or document patterns (for example, repeated questions about group sizes or session timing). Aggregated analytics may be stored longer because it no longer identifies individuals.
You may request deletion of voluntary correspondence where feasible. We operate a local venue desk, not a large enterprise privacy office; complex requests may require additional time or identity verification to prevent fraud.
9. International transfers and legal bases
Visitors connect from many countries. Data may transit through servers located in regions with different surveillance or data-protection laws. Where GDPR-style concepts apply, we aim to rely on legitimate interests (operating the venue website, securing the site, measuring aggregate usage) or consent (non-essential cookies), as appropriate.
10. Security measures
We aim to serve pages over HTTPS, keep dependencies updated, and limit administrative access. No online service is perfectly secure; users should use strong unique passwords and updated devices.
11. Changes to this policy
When workflows evolve—real email delivery, authenticated comments, merchandise—we will revise this document, bump the “Last updated” date, and summarize material changes on the home page or a dedicated news note when practical.
12. How to reach us
Privacy questions may be directed to [email protected] with “Privacy Inquiry” in the subject line. Include enough detail for us to verify your request.
